Process:
From your Thoughts through to Cyberspace
1. You tell us what you would like created -
we discuss your needs and set up a 'story board' outlining
your project including specifics such as custom graphics,
photos, Flash movies, hosting & domain name needs..
2. Quotation and estimation.
3. After your approval to go ahead with afore mentioned
'story board' we design 2-3 layouts with different looks
for you to choose from to become your final project.
4. You will have a Contract Agreement outlining your project
and the price.
5. Down payment of fifty percent (50%) from the quoted price
to 'spin some web' and create your web site.
6. Preview and temporarily post a page or two online for
you to 'see it in action'.
7. Publishing of the web and the final payment.
8. You can either send us the access codes allowing us to
place the web site directly onto your Internet server or
we can send you a CD to upload yourself.
Things for You to Think About:
To streamline the 'Web Spinning" process it helps to have
these things from you:
- Any existing Images you would like incorporated.
- These include logos, photographs, brochures, business
cards and drawings.
- Some idea of the sections or pages for a prospective web
site
i.e. Home Page, About Us, Photo Gallery, Contact Us.
- Text content is needed to highlight who you are and what
your company does. This information can be taken from existing
documents, articles, brochures or off your pre existing
web site.
